What’s your return policy?

We generally do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at support@imaginationmovers.com. We will consider each customer’s situation on a case-by-case basis and discuss potential ways to address the issue.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@imaginationmover.com within a week's time with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you might have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are generally only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@imaginationmovers.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort this out for you. You can always contact us to discuss a refund request.
